Troy Farmer, MSW, CCM, CPC, CLC, CGC, is the CEO of EVA Enterprises, LLC. Troy Farmer is a business and organizational development consultant, learning and development trainer, speaker, and Certified Master Coach specializing in developing enterprise leaders to identify and implement SMART SOLUTIONS in their business. She has helped thousands of emerging and current business owners/founders launch a new business or grow a current one through SMART SYSTEMS. She recognizes that economic growth is supported by economic development when businesses are sustainable and viable.
Troy has over 30 years of combined experience and expertise in business and organizational development, mental health, learning and development, and coaching that she has applied to help others move, maximize and monetize. She created the SMART SYSTEMS concept to support business owners/founders who are serious about growing in each stage of their business by focusing on their product, process, and people. She continues to work with business owners utilizing a Strengths-Based perspective by incorporating a Systems Approach that can assist with transition in the market.
Troy is the Director of a state-wide non-profit entrepreneur and workforce program, Director of a university maker space for product development and commercialization, and she has designed and delivered a tech launcher curriculum for software developers. Additionally, she has designed the SMART A-ction Methodology™ and M.O.V.E.-U Lab™ to support entrepreneurs in bridging the gap of education and information to action and implementation.
Along with being a Certified Master Coach, Troy also holds the designations of Certified Professional, Laser and Group Coach as governed by the International Coaching Federation. She has partnered with the Small Business Administration as a co-facilitator/coach of a Think Tank supporting various businesses by helping them develop their Value Proposition, Product Development, Customer Life Cycle process by incorporating digitization/automation applications and software. Troy has also assisted business owners/founders in creating their business concept pitch, including judging pitch competitions.
